Speedway Soccer 2019 Goal Of The Year Voting

Our 2019 Awards Week wraps up with voting for the 2019 Goal Of The Year. Awards will be calculated by factoring in 80% of the fan vote and 20% of the Speedway Soccer vote. Voting will close at 10:30 AM on Friday, November 8.


We've chosen 11 Nashville SC goals as candidates for the Goal of the Year. Watch the goals and cast your vote below.

1) MATT LAGRASSA - ATL 0 - 2 NSH


LaGrassa collects a rebound on the edge of the box, taking a touch before driving a low half-volley to the far post.

2) CAMERON LANCASTER - HFD 2 - 3 NSH


Lancaster picks up the ball in midfield, beating a defender before blasting a rocket of a shot off the crossbar and in to give Nashville SC a road win.

3) DANIEL RĺOS - LOU 2 - 1 NSH


Ríos put Nashville up early in Louisville, bending a first-time shot around the keeper and off the far post.

4) ALAN WINN - NSH 2 - 0 IND


Winn makes a run behind the defense, getting on the end of a pass from Lebo Moloto before cutting past two defenders and burying a low shot at the far post.

5) DANIEL RĺOS - CLT 1 - 3 NSH


Lebo Moloto plays a short corner kick to Taylor Washington. The two work the ball back and forth before Washington plays a reverse ball to Ríos, who rips a shot over the goalie's head and under the bar.

6) KHARLTON BELMAR - TBR 1 - 2 NSH


Bradley Bourgeois plays a ball over the top to Belmar, who makes a run behind the defense and volleys to the far post to win the match on the road for Nashville.

7) ROPAPA MENSAH - LDN 0 - 2 NSH


Mensah collects a cleared ball on the edge of the box, beating his defender before blasting a low shot to the far post from a tight angle.

8) JIMMY OCKFORD - NSH 2 - 1 LOU


Deep into stoppage time, Forrest Lasso hits a long free kick into the box for Ockford, who gets free of his defender and puts a looping header over the goalkeeper into the net to win the match.

9) LEBO MOLOTO - NSH 2 - 0 NC


Taylor Washington wins the ball in his own half and makes a 40 yard run with the ball before playing an early cross to Moloto, who makes a great run into the box and heads to the far post unmarked.

10) DERRICK JONES - NSH 3 - 1 CHS


Jones picks up the ball in the attacking half of the field, dribbling past two defenders and finishing to the far post, despite being dragged down in the box.
