Vinne Vermeer Returns To Las Vegas On Loan

Updated: Dec 11, 2019

NASHVILLE, TN - Nashville SC announced Thursday that midfielder Vinnie Vermeer has returned to Las Vegas Lights FC on loan for the remained of the 2019 USL Championship season.

Vermeer was initially loaned to Las Vegas on July 3, but was recalled just one week later after Matt LaGrassa and Michael Reed were injured against Louisville, joining Derrick Jones on the list of injured midfielders. With LaGrassa and Reed no longer on the injury report, and Jones looking closer to a return, playing time looks hard to come by for Vermeer. The move to Las Vegas should see him play valuable competitive minutes, as well as freeing and international roster spot for Nashville SC.

Transaction: Vinnie Vermeer returns to Las Vegas Lights FC on loan through the remainder of the 2019 USL Championship season.
